How fast is my order shipped out? TOP

Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping. It depends on product availabilty. Remember that most everything is handmade! If you need a product sooner, please contact me before you order and I can give you a better time estimation. Also, rush shipping is available, just contact me.

Shipping is a flat rate of $5 unless there is a coupon promo code at the time of purchase.

What is your quality like? TOP

Most everything is handmade. The ends of fabric products are professionaly finished. Also, the ends of the hair bows are professionaly sealed to prevent future fraying.

How to wash embroidered products? TOP

Anything with silver lining only wipe the bag with a damp cloth. Do not wash in a washing machine and definitely keep out of the dryer. Leave open and let dry on the counter.

Nap rolls may be washed in cold water with the pillow insert removed. Lay flat to dry.

Towel wraps, blankies, and other minky items: Wash in cold with like colors, and lay flat to dry.

How to wash custom outfits? TOP

For best results hand wash and air dry.

You can wash on gentle cycle in washing machine, but be sure to turn item inside out (snap onesies closed inside out). Be sure to air dry.

Do you sell to schools and teams? TOP

Yes! I have done work for dance teams, cheerleader teams, and school spirit items. I can work with you to find what you are looking for and embroidery it with team name. Hoodies, zipper jackets, duffel bags are all available.

Also, I can customize hairbows and hair streamers to your school colors. This is great for elementary school spirit. I sell the bows wholesale price in bulk, so be sure to ask me about it!
